I have bought a product MALE FACTOR + HSN/SAC
****** (*) from their website. It was having ** days money back guarantee. The product was causing side effects. Thus, I have returned the product back. They have assured that the refund will be issued in **-** days. But, I haven't received the refund, it has been more than * months, since Aug. Till date I haven't received the money. When I am following up. Their customer representatives are just playing games, stating that you will receive this day or some other day. I need my money back.
