I had deposited funds of ****RS from a non registered bank DCB in my coin dcx wallet!!
amount was deducted but coindcx go did not deposit this amount as it was a non registered bank!
i gave them * options either issue a refund or deposit this amount in the wallet! they are not willing to do either of them! they need a concern letter from DCB bank stating that the transaction details etc which i have given from my end! also the DCB bank clearly told me that if a refund is issued it wont be accepted since they are no dealing with crypto!!
inspite of giving all the proof , coin dcx is not solving my problem and my money is stuck!! hopeless service!! plz help!
