Paytm ample tshirts - Refund not issued inspite of repeated reminder

I had booked flight tickets last year via Paytm... due to Covid, the airline canceled the flight and like so refunded the entire amount to Paytm...
But I have been following up with PayTm from day * and haven’t received my refund still...
They’ve been delaying the refund and the customer executive have no idea why it is taking so long... they say it’s forwarded to concerned team and that’s all they can do about it...
