I have ordered a product using HDFC redemption points on snapdeal.I got rs**** promotional code from HDFC.I used it on snapdeal to buy two products.I found one product to be defective and asked them for a refund and they have refunded only rs** which is shipping charge and i havent received the promotional money i got from HDFC in any form.i.e form of code or refund amount.
Whatever the form of money it must be.I got it from HDFC by redeeming points through credit card.Money is Money in any form.I dont want this company to cheat someone like me and take away millions.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
