Go First Airline - Refund not issued for the cancelled flight for more than 1 year

Booked * nos of flight tickets (* adults + * infant) in Go first airline for Varanasi to Ahmedabad on **th april **** for travel date **nd july ****.
Since Go first cancelled all the flights, we had to book new flight. However though its been more than a year, we yet to receive the booking amount refund from Go first.
