OMA Living - Refund not issued by OMA despite continuous followups

I placed an online order with OMA and made full payment. However, the item was not delivered, and even after repeated follow-ups via email and reminders, the refund has not been issued.
Despite multiple communications, there has been no proper resolution and the refund continues to be delayed without any valid reason.
This negligence has caused me unnecessary stress and inconvenience, and it reflects a lack of responsibility and customer care from OMA.
