Gaushi Fashion - Refund not issued by fake ecommerce website

Gaushi Fashion is a fake company that sells ethnic clothes for women. They put up deceptive images of branded clothes with models, and sell an inferior version of the same product which doesn't resemble the original image. When I reoeatedly asked them for a refund, they replied after ** days saying that they will issue the refund once the product is returned. It's been over a month since the product was shipped, and now they've gone silent again. My refund is still stuck with them and theyre choosing not to respond. Other customers too have similar complaints like mine on social media. Please shut this fraud company down and help me get the refund.
