Liberty Insurance Co Ltd and EaseMyTrip - Refund not issued against travel insurance

I had booked a flight ticket with EaseMyTrip for travel from Guwahati to Bagdogra (PNR OK**MQ) on **/**/**** for INR **** (including INR *** as Cancellation Ins. premium) with ***% insurance against cancellation. I cancelled the ticket on **/**/**** and got a refund of INR *** after deduction of INR *** as Airline cancellation charges and INR *** as EaseMyTrip cancellation service fees. Since my trip was fully insured, I filed a claim (Claim No. ******-****-**-*-******-** for refund of the differential amount of INR *** with the insurer i.e. Liberty Insurance Co. Ltd. The representatives requested for email of certain documents to process the refund which I complied on **/**/****. Now it has been over a year but there is neither any further communication in this regard nor any refund issued. Also the customer care is least bothered to help.
I therefore call upon the company to refund the full amount of INR *** with an additional INR ***** as compensation for loss of time and consumer harassment.
