Lifestyle stores online - Refund not issued after product return

I returned * tshirts on the **th of oct and was regunded only for * of them on the **th of oct. Refund for * product hasn't been been issued. The app hasn't even updated the return of the product though all products were returned at the same time. They say only * products can be returned at one, which no one told me about before returning. Now after * months of follow up and them claiming not to have received the product, they say they can't refund me for the product since they didn't receive it. They promised a call from the supervisor within **hrs on the **th of Dec, when I wasn't ready to accept this response from them but no one bothered to call me yet. Not sure if they think its only Rs. *** and it's ok to not refu d it but its my hard earned money, they won't give me a product free worth even a rupee but why should I let go of a refu d for the product I already returned. It's a waste of my time following them up for nearly * months.
