I raised a request to return three products and the products were first picked on **th August, then returned due to some code error. Then I raised another complaint so the products were finally picked up on **th August. I kept sharing e-mails to Luluandsky, providing them updates on the pick up of the order and asking for updates on the refund. They called me on **th August asking if I want to keep the products or return them. They are so unorganised! I told them the products have already been picked up and I need my refund. Today is the *th of September but I haven't received any update from luluandsky or my refund. The customer care number is unresponsive.
