I have been facing issue from past one month with your platform myflowerapp. The support team is not helping in any way and neglecting all the emails and messages and call number is out of service.
Your team failed to deliver the order and then had no courtesy to proactively update the customer that you can't fulfil the order and even do not refund the amount. Order I'd ********* amount prepaid **** refund pending ** days.
I have been writing uncountable emails to no reply and text to no response on insta. There is no escalation email as well to reach out to.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
