Mufti - Refund not initiated

Ram pavan filed complaint against Mufti on Sep 27, 2020

I initiated a return for the product.on the day of pickup,there are multiple products picked up from my end.* products are interchanged and sent to wrong warehouses.they didn't observed that and they are saying that they received wrong product and they won't initiate the refund for me..it's been ** since this happend.. now they suspended my account because I'm raising complaints constantly
