Coin switch cubber - Refund not Initiated

This company is about trading crypto currency . It was deposited ***rs through paytm Upi in their wallet but Money was not deposited in their and deducted from my bank account . When I have done company about this incident on customer support they said you will get refund in * to * days but I have not get refund yet . Whenever I am chatting with customer service they will say we are contacting payment gateway about your transaction.
