I, Girish Kumar Gupta, Mobile No.**********, wish to inform you that on **-**-** I have order a Dish TV from DTH Connect website (https://dthconnect.com) and payment done through my credit card, but due to some technical issue it was not installed. Dish TV representative told me that due to bamboo nearby, signal couldnot work clearly so he was unable to install it.
After that I have requested to refund my money through DTH Connect weblink (https://dthconnect.com/contact), then I have send E-mail (sales@dthconnect.com) thrice but I didn't received any reply. I also send e-mail to (support@dthconnect.com) but this was incorrect email address. Till now I have make more then forty phone calls to their customer care (+**-**********) but they disconnected my phone after listening my problem or sometimes before, or reply me that they will call back after few minutes but no call back at all from their site.
As I have paid money online, so have an order number from their site and also received transaction reference number from the payment gateway.
Please help me to get my money from them.
