I made a purchase of Mi Bluetooth headset from their website Order ID:*****. I made a successful payment via paytm but after ordering I found it to be duplicate and unoriginal. I replied to the mail which I received from the company regarding order confirmation. One of the members Ranjeet Akhad said that the refund will be initiated within ** days as per our order cancellation policy. But After *-month nobody has refunded a penny. They have stopped replying to my emails and there is no customer support also. Please help me get my refund because it matters a lot to me.
