Xpressbees - Refund not initiated

I had ordered SL** adidas shoes from tata cliq but due to larger size i placed a return order immediately day after.
The person from xpressbees came to collect my order and took it with him but did not initiate the return process rather failed it in quality check despite it being brand new
I kept on calling the Xpressbees helpline.. no response
Kept on calling the delivery agent to return my order but no response so far rather he has switched off his phone
Contacted the senior called him he is rather getting angry at me and saying the delivery agent might have had an emergency.
It is all a combined fraud going on
I have mailed xpressbees yet no response from them
