Rocking Deals - Refund not initiated

My order id is *********. I bought a Nexus * phone which upon delivery by the courier agent intentionally didn't accept because I had already ordered a different phone from the different provider but when the parcel was returned to rocking deals via dtdc (through rto). they didn't still give the refund. the phone cost was Rs.**** and was paid online through pay money to techinx electronics Pvt Ltd on **-*-**** but still date the customer care executive just make excuses that they haven't still received the product/they will refund me withing ** hrs or by Saturday or by next week etc. but until today I haven't received the refund.
