Sanhita Simoco Systems - Refund not initiated

I, Biradhwaj Senapati, son of (L) Bithika Senapati, had purchased a flat in Sanhita Simoco Systems of *BHK with application number ****** in the year **** and had completed a full payment of Rs. ***,***/- after which the said possession of the flat was in ****, which was indefinetely delayed and then Covid hit in **** which again delayed the possession process. In the year, **** my mother Smt. (L) Bithika Senapati had passed away and I had requested a refund amount for the said flat in January **** via mail at "enquiry@sanhita.net" through which Ms Shayanee had reverted back saying it would take around *-* months for the refund process to get started.
After *-* months, in June **** I had contacted them regarding the same and they had mentioned that they would initiate the refund in the following month **th, and this continued for the entire year. Later I was connected with Mr Prosenjit Mukherjee, who had been avoiding my calls, and emails regarding this issue and after multiple attempts had told me that the refund would be initiated my March ****.
It is June **** now, and they have not initated any refund for the same and just have been igoring my calls and emails even though I had sent them a Legal Notice via my Lawyer.
Please help me get my full refund back as it is my heard earned money which they have duped me of.
