On the **th of March, I had placed an order for a shirt and received it on the *st of April. When I unboxed the parcel, the product was completely different, so I immediately placed for a return. When the delivery person came the next day, he rejected the product and asked me to place the return once again. When the return occurred, they took the product but did not refund the amount. I have been chasing them, but the customer care is useless and not helping at all. Neither do I have the product, nor is the amount refunded to me.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
