I have placed an order from Tkameez. Its order ID: TK*******. As my friends suggested that quality is not good I cancelled my order. I paid an amount of ***/- through UPI. After cancellation I didn't get any message or mail regarding refund and customer service is not so good as expected. They are not answering properly and ignoring calls. It's been * days I had cancelled my order and up to now, I don't know whether my refund process has initiated or not. I suggest everyone who sees this don't order anything from Tkameez. Their service is not good. Kindly help me to resolve this and help me to get back my money.
