On **th Jan **** I placed request of some products from Kaya. The delivery got delayed from their end for which I didn't get any update. On **th I followed up to return the order as I was leaving the city. No request was entertained. I asked the delivery person later to take back the product since I was unavailable. Now my order status says "COD return" but it was a prepaid order. It's almost * months without any refund, no resolution provided by them.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
