Rentomojo - Refund not initiated

Hello
Rentomojo has not returned my refund amount of amount ****₹ for last *year+ since I have not used their service.
I have raised the request on August **th - the request was raised and refund confirmation is received.
But they are reluctant to move it to done and actually refund me the amount. I would like to bring this to attention and want them to take an action on this.
