Ordered * times with around **+ products delivered and returned ** items because of size and fit issues. They picked up the return product in full swift. They haven't initiated refund yet. The site guarenteed refund in * days after return initiation in its store policy but haven't responded to my queries even once in last one month. Their app, website has been pulled down and is not serviceable from past *-* weeks. Neither are their customer care number and email id. Social media is inactive. I have tried to contact in multiple forums but no response. Many customers have posted similar experience in social media comments. I am even unable to pull all order details because the site is not serviceable.
