I had sent a number of mail to the BYJUS TEAM for the refund of my order which I had already returned but didn't get a respond from their end also i am calling their customer care executive they are providing different email ids and some of them are mentioning they are getting emails some are mentioning they are not. They are totally negligent about their work.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
