I had booked the tickets * days back from Mumbai to Goa and was told I would get my refund within **hrs but till now it's not processed in my account. When I was checking the booking confirmation number on the website it is showing wrong number. My booking confirmation number is REF*********. Please help to initiate the refund as soon as possible as I can't wait anymore.
