Travolook in - Refund not initiated

Hi,

I booked my Air Asia ticket (REF*********) from Pune to Delhi and return through Travolook.in on May *nd ****. The total amount of INR **** got deducted and my tickets were cancelled. On inquiry, they replied that tickets were cancelled by the airlines due to operational reasons and I shall receive my refund within **-** working days. However, ** days have passed since but neither have I received any refund nor any response from Travolook on my requests.

I request you to please look into this matter.
