T kameez - Refund not initiated

I had places order of * t-shirts when there was an offer from their end, it was showing that it'll be dispatched within *-* working days, but they did not, so I cancelled it.
And now I know nothing about my money , and I don't even want it in my T kameez wallet because there is no use, I can't trust it anymore.
I want my money in my bank amount
