I placed an order initially in Mar'** for * plants which died in a week and later their team suggested me to go for replacement since initial plants were seasonal and hence could not survive. Later after so much hassle I got the replacement of plants confirmed in Jun'** which were supposed to be delivered to me in a span of week. Since I had to travel out of town for a span of six months I tried requesting them for early delivery but they did not do and later when I left the town in Jul'** these people initiated the order for dispatch and again I had to ask them to hold that order. When I came back in Dec'** the order initially was refused for delivery due to their some system change and updating the status as return by customer in their system though I did not returned the order but have asked them to hold which well before dispatch only when I was going I had a conversation with their team and put that order on hold but still their team did not updated the status in their system and these people initiated the order for dispatch. After lot of fights and proofs I had with me the order was delivered and the plants received were in such a condition that they died in two days itself. After multiple follow ups, messages, chats etc these people are so irresponsive and unprofessional that they do not reply once a concern is highlighted to them either they close the chat or keep quiet for days and months. No proper grievance system is there no proper customer support they have and customer end up doing a full circus to get the refund for the damaged plants. They have just mentally harassed me and I am trying contacting them each day for my money but still I have not received back my amount. Finally I have decided to take this matter to consumer court if such attitude is carried by them.
