W For Women - Refund not initiated yet

I had ordered an ethnic suit at the rate of ****/- from W on *nd February ****. It was COD. My guard received the packet and paid ****/-. When I opened it I was shocked to see just a shrug at this rate. I called up the company toll-free number and was asked to return. But the local courier guy would come to pick but didn’t pick it twice after filing the complaint. He would tell me that the company is mentioning what is to be picked. He would show me the mail from the company which would ask him to pick * items. I somehow kept chasing and eventually, it was picked and it’s **th April today still no refund received. The telephone operators keep telling me to be patient and each time I am told that the refund would be shown in *-* days but it’s almost * months now.
