I have requested return through their website http://crazendemand.com and it shows return initiated and customer support executive will contact soon. I did not receive any response, they changed the whatsapp number and blocked me from their existing whatsapp number: ****-******.
I want a refund of Rs. ****, the product I received did not match the description or the image of the product in any angle. Such habitual offenders should be punished and put behind bars for cheating people online. Their textile mills and shops should be shut down. They have no respect towards their customers. Horrible service ! Never recommend anyone to buy from them ever!
