Ixigo and irctc - Refund not initiated on cancelled train
Tushar Borah filed complaint against Ixigo and irctc on May 24, 2021
I cancelled my booking on **/*/****, name: tushar borah, pnr:**********, train: ***** kyq ltt special after * hours of the train being cancelled by IRSMA. But the app states that no refund will be initiated after the chart has been prepared. How can irctc prepared chart for a cancelled train? Is it a case of fraud by ixigo
