AJRETAIL - Refund not initiated for returned product

I bought a ** mukhi rudraksha from a vendor with website - https://ajretail.com/. Since the price was less compared to others i bought the item from them which was a big mistake. Then when it was delivered I was shocked to see the item and realized that I have been cheated with a very very low quality or fake rudraksha. Since I am using rudraksha from ** years it did not take much time to know it is fake as it was very very light in weight and the back of rudraksha had no clear lines. I had a call with them and had already returned the Rudraksha. After they received they are blaming me like the size and colour has changed and is not matching with what they sent although I had sent the product which was delivered to me except for the oiling. Last week they informed refund will be initiated but now they are telling refund will be provided only after lab check of Rudraksha. But till today I have not got any update. Hence please help me getting my refund back from this fraud seller.
