I ordered shoes from bootbungalow instagram page. The person assured me that return and exchange is available within * days. On his assurance I placed the order. When I received the order it was completely different from what I ordered. Even the size was smaller than what I ordered. I asked him for return and refund and he started ignoring my messages. I always texted him politely but he didn't reply and when he did it was very vague. He even blocked me on instagram after asking me to message him there. Now I'm stuck with wrong shoes and doped of my ****.
