Bata shoes - Refund Not Initiated Despite Multiple FollowUps Ticket ID

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the inaction on my refund request despite repeated follow-ups with your customer support team via email and telephonic conversations.
As per the instructions received from your customer support, I returned the product to the Bata store and submitted the return slip for Ticket ID ******* on **/**/****. According to email confirmation, the refund will be processed within *–* working days. However, even after ** days, no refund has been placed.
Each time I contact your customer support team, I am assured that the refund will be credited within ** hours, but no such action has been taken so far. This repeated delay and lack of accountability have caused me great inconvenience.
I request you to kindly look into this matter. I look forward to your urgent support on this matter.
