On **th May **** I book a flight from Bangalore to Patna. After the transaction I received a call from travellook customer care stateing your booking has been cancelled and money will be refunded within ** days but till the date I have not received my refund. I called multiple times to them, every time they ask for ** days and then again same result I get. Feeling very upset.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
