Alina Dingchi Ch Momin filed complaint against Bakeshake on Nov 3, 2020

I ordered bakery tools and gel colours from the akeshake.co.in website and they did send the items but the courier service that is the Delhivery service bearing id ************* through which they sent returned it back without my knowledge..the returned item had been delivered to them but they havent initiated the refund..i whatsapped them and they asked fro my paytm number and said that i will receive it the next day i.e on **th October but i havent received it back till now..everytime i contact them through whatsapp they are not even replying anymore
