I would like to register a complaint against Blinkit. I had paid the amount for the bag and T-shirt during my onboarding. Later, my BGV was shown as failed, and I was informed that the amount would be refunded.
It has been several days/weeks now, and I have not received any refund or proper update from Blinkit. I have followed up multiple times, but there has been no clear response from their team.
I request you to kindly look into this issue and take necessary action so that Blinkit processes my refund as soon as possible.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
