KFC Trichy - Refund not initiated

I ordered on May * and paid money for it. It got cancelled soon after. I was waiting for a refund of my money but it never came even after about an hour. So, I filed a formal complaint at their website and a handler reached out to me asking where to deliver my order when I've already eaten by dinner. So, I asked the handler to send the order back to the restaurant and initiate a refund. The handler said it would take about *-* days. Even though more than * days had passed, I did not receive a refund. I filed another formal complaint and I got another call requesting information about the order itself and payment details along with my own name and phone number, which I promptly provided to the handler. I was told that I would receive the refund in about * days. Once again, more than * days passed and I still haven't received my refund. I filed another complaint and I am yet to receive a response. They have taken my money, and are refusing to give it back.
