On ** February **** I placed an order worth ₹***** which was a Sabyasachi belt on carmaonlineshop.com. It’s been six months since I placed the order and there is no proper response from their end.Therefore I requested to cancel the order and initiate a refund but they never responded to any of my calls, messages and mails.They literally scammed my money and never delivered the product as promised. Kindly please help me recover my money from them.
