BYJU'S - Refund not iniated despite chasing for 2 Months

Dear Byju Team,

Is there any one who can even reply on my mail , i m chasing for almost a month but non of any Byju's representative have tried to resolve my issue. Last time i was told by Byju that you have to courier the products. I had requested her to share the Byju Address and preferred courier partner, but still i have not received any reply from Byju Team. How Pity service you are providing. Kindly fulfill your promise. I am totally fed up with your negligent approach.
I had to already pay my *st installment while i had alredy requested to cancel within ** days of activation, then why EMI have been levied in my credit. Refer Credit card statement. I have already shared My Bank Account in Trail mail to refund my deducted amount , But still not any even a acknowledgement mail received. How Cheap Management you have.

Its my humble request that kindly share the required Address and preferred courier partner, where i can send study materials..


If there is any sense left in Byju Management Team , Do call me.
