Requested the Suprdaily team to refund...first they said..they will resolve. After no response, we tried using the balance to buy. They said.. sorry.. services not available. Then again I raised complaint. After lot of chat discussion, they said..you will get in * business days. After one month I checked...still no refunds. Then they said what is the complaint number. I said please check the history...it's open since January. She said..will address..and again they have not given the complaint number.
Today in Apr, I checked...still the same status. Wondering how happy they are with stuck customer balance.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
