I have ordered one mobile on *-Oct-**** and received the non working phone, then i returned the mobile immediately next day and they have confirmed that they have received the product. later they confirmed that they will replace the mobile. after many followups(more than **) whakky has confirmed that they will replace the amount and i am continuously sending the email and they are postponing the refund date. I am following up with Whakky past from * months for my refund. order number is S*********.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
