I booked a ticket from Agartala to chennai on **th October **** from travalook site but they themselves cancelled the ticket and said that amount will be given in ** working days but they didn't. After that they asked to raise case I'd and it was assured from them that they will refund money in next ** working days and now they are saying it will take * more working days and money will be refunded till **th November ****.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
