Dear Sir
I placed order on meesho app on *th January ****. But for same order first my credit card got deducted by *** Rs. But on meesho app my transaction shown as failed even after deduction of *** Rs. So I again done that transaction for same order immediately so another time again my credit card got cut by *** Rs for same order and transaction was successfully done. First transaction was done on *.** p.m. and another transaction was done on *.** pm. But as first transaction was failed it was expected to come back to my source credit card. But still now it has not came. So kindly reverse my amount of *** Rs to source account for which transaction was failed first time. I expect the fast resolution of the same. Kindly Find the attached details for your reference of failed transaction. Help in getting refund.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
