O rooms kota - Refund not giving back

Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Non-Refund of Security Deposit and Misconduct by Orooms Hostel, Ranpur, Kota

Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Khanday Umais, am filing this complaint against Orooms Hostel, Ranpur (Khirajapura), Kota for the following reasons:

*. Unlawful withholding of security deposit:

At the time of joining the hostel, the management forcefully collected ₹*,*** from me as a security deposit and assured a full refund when I vacated.

After I left, they have ignored repeated phone calls and messages and have refused to return the amount.



*. Pattern of cheating multiple students:

I am not the only victim. Six other students staying with me have also been denied refunds, with amounts up to ₹**,*** each.



*. Harassment and abusive behaviour:

The hostel owner has misbehaved and used abusive language when approached for the refund.




This is a clear case of financial fraud, harassment, and breach of trust, creating a hostile and unsafe environment for students who come to Kota for education.

I respectfully request you to:

Investigate the matter immediately,

Take legal action against the owner/management of Orooms Hostel, and

Ensure refund of all security deposits collected from me and the other affected students.


I am ready to provide any further details, receipts, or witnesses as required.
