indigo spicejet Vistara - Refund not given

Hi, I and my family had arranged a trip to Amritsar in the month of April, but due to COVID lockdown flights were cancelled. now i have tried connecting with the airline services for refund of my money but they have transfered the amount to a credit shell with a travel limitation date Feb **** and they have kept a limit of the same passenger. Please note: this was a family trip and hence we dont travel frequently and have no intentions of travelling till dec ****. Hence have approached the airlines for a refund but havent heard from them yet. Request you to help us on the same.
