I booked helicopter Kedarnath package for ***** for three persons from Safe my tour. It included Night stay at Guptkashi and helicopter service to and from from Guptkashi to Kedarnath and back. But during the day of the flight i.e. **.**.**** due to bad weather the helicopter service cancelled all rides. They talked and confirmed with Safe My Tour about complete refund of the base helicopter charges from Guptkashi to Kedarnath and back which is **** per person. Even after ** days they haven't refunded the amount of ***** after continuous assurances and promises. Highly disappointing.
