I order mi band * on * Aug **** but they did not provide any tracking system. I want to cancel my deal but the customer care not responding in any way. They don't pick up calls no email. I just want my money back. My item id receipt #**********. Please take appropriate action and make them refund my money. Also, I call on ********** a boy tells me your item is not available. We will send your money back. You have to send one message from your bank register mobile no. message {BKDNUPI SQNOH*a*B**bDQZLPtYVEzAxowBznuvvitiuvohelhOSI}. I not forward any message and ask them a few questions. He replies your amount will not return and cut the phone and now not picking up the call.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
