Togofogo.com - Refund not given

I ordered a mobile Nokia * on **th April ****. After a few days ago my order was cancelled because mobile was out of stock. Togofogo send me an SMS and promise me to refund my account which I have paid through paytm wallet. After one and half months have been gone and I am still waiting for and trying to contact the company on the phone number they have provided on their website but they blocked me and they don't respond to my emails.
