footballmonk in - Refund not given

I ordered from footballmonk.in on **th March and received a faulty product and returned it but got nothing back, neither a refund not a replacement product.
I requested for a refund and for * months they did not provide me anything, just kept saying "please bear with us, we will process the refund shortly". The order was of *** rs.
Now (May **th) they have stopped responding to mails. During the past month I contacted the NCH for assistance and they sent them notices but to no avail
